Instructions & Training

What this board shows

Daily money collected across every company, in real time. Three numbers up top:

  • Accrual — everything earned/booked (counts the moment the work is done).
  • Cash — what's actually been collected.
  • Receivables (A/R) — earned but not paid yet (Accrual − Cash). When a customer pays, it moves out of A/R into Cash. When everything's paid, A/R reads $0.

Logging in

Use Continue with Google or your email + password. Your account is tied to you for attribution — the staff leaderboard tracks what you personally bring in.

Click + Receipt (top right) → pick the company → it stamps that company's name, address & phone → download the PDF and hand it to the customer.
